part time employment query ?

I work part time earning £110 a week, cash in hand and also have rental income of £130 a week. I do have pay slips, but onlye recently started to receive rental income. I do have savings over 20k and live with my parents. Do I need the property inspection report ?
I am planning on applying for a visa for my wife to come over to UK in Beijing China. I was just wondering how the UK Embassy think about working part time ? is this a negative and will it affect our application.

No. Hamster, you've already been given answers on the forum about your substantial savings, income and part-time employment. What advise is your solicitor giving you...that's what you're paying him for.
