Partner in Appeal/ Help Required

Hi everyone,

I have applied my visa with my team member in January 2014. Application refused and i have no right of appeal as i have leave to remain till 31st July 2014. My partner got right of appeal and he appealed against decision. The hearing date is 12th September 2014.

Now my visa is expiring on 31st July 2014, i want to continue with my partner, how i can submit my new application before my existing leave to remain expires. Help required.
