My partner lives on public funds

hello i am in UK on student visa that is going to expire after 4 months and i am going to marry next month with a British citizen. Can I apply for spouse residence from the UK or do I have to return to Jordan to make the application? My partner lives on public funds since she has a physical disability and rely on housing benefit. Is there any hope for us?

You can apply from inside the uk. How much money does your partner get in disability funds per week? If it's atleast £103/week then you're fine. Otherwise you need to get a part time job.
