Partnership Withdrawal

Hi
I want to withdraw my partnership from tier 1 entrepreneur. I applied with my team member and got the visa in 2014. Now I want to withdraw my partnership due to some family emergency and ASAP. My team member is willing to keep his partnership. I need to travel urgently outside UK. I was wondering if it is possible to follow the procedure from outside UK. Can some one please tell me what should I do and how long the procedure can take.
