Passed my 4 years with Stamp 4 ????????????

Hi i have passed my 4 years with Stamp 4 living in Ireland. including paying tax...can i apply for LTR? can you please provide me any link for more information ???

On what basis do you have your stamp 4?
You can apply for LTR once you have 60 months (5 years) in ireland based on your work permits, work authorisation or work visa only. If you apply before completing your 5 years (gaps between the stamps are not counted), your application will be refused.
