Passport and Visa Expired

Hi All,

I have got the refusal letter after waiting for one year. The appeal has already launched but I would like to launch a new application rather than going to tribunal to defend my application.

My passport has already expired so do I need to renew my passport before sending a fresh application to HO.

No need to do that because your passport is already with the HO. You Just need to prepare your new case with solid documentations.

Wondering how it went with ur application. I'm in the same spot, my passport is with ho and I want to mk a new application - but as it's expired I don't know if they will accept the application!
