Passport and visa issue

Hi
I am seeking advice . I lost my passport and biometric a good while ago . I can not get a police report I registered my biometric lost but as I did not have a passport it could not . I tired to call but not help tired to email no help . I then have been going through some mental health issue that have left me putting these types of applications overwhelmed and due to financial issues unable to move forward . I have been diagnose with two things and under treatment which is been hit and miss but I a place now where I need to apply for my passport and the for my Biometric Residency permit for ILR . I tired again but now luck I have been told I need solicitor to apply for replacement without passport but my stay can be revoked or a fine . We are a family of 6 I am a carer for my mum and a full time stay at home mum partner works and him and kids are all British it’s just me . Any advice or contacts

You shouldn't need a BRP anymore, as they are being phased out. Do you have an evisa account? Did you manage to get a new passport?

BRPs are all phased out. Apply for an eVisa

Information on eVisas as all BPRs are now phased out
