Passport Question

My passport expired last year but i have indefinate leave to remain in the UK.
Do i need to update/renew, if so do i need to transfer my indefinate stay stamp onto new passport?

Do a search on the forum. There's no need to transfer (transfer of conditions, NTLTOC) if you carry both old and new passports together.
