EU passport, spouse visa advise

Hello all.

Posting in the right section this time I think. Apologises.

I just needed some advise on my situation.
So currently I am a Portuguese Citizen, living here since 1992. I've only recently applied and obtained permanent right of residence in the UK.

I am looking at getting married next year to my fiance who lives and is studying in India but she won't graduate till April 2019.
With Brexit going ahead where will that leave me in terms of obtaining a spouse visa for her?

What would you guys advise at what I should do? What would the best thing for me to do this given the situation I'm in.
