Hi Gaugupta,

The answer to this is NO. Your birth certificate should have your name. If I am not wrong, by your name, you should belong to India? You can get your birth certificate issued by your local municipality. So getting ur birth certificate should not be a problem.

b. for period which i am claiming earnings i dont have full it-return
for that period - June06 to May'07 i dont have ITreturn for 2 months
so salary slip n Bank statement will do . also do i need to take
total salary before tax
Salary slip, bankstatement and a letter from your employer stating monthly gorss and net salary is also required. You can also show your IT Return statement.
As for HSMP calculation goes, they always consider the gross salary declared in your wageslip. This can also include allowance.

Cheers
PG
