Past Earning - Part Time Job Query

Hi all,

I am planning to apply for the HSMP by 15th May and preparing my documents.

I am going to show my part time job earnings too against the points for earning. I am working as consultant for a recruitment company But the agreement between me and the company says

" Consultant shall at all times disclose that he is an independent contractor of the Company and shall not represent to any third party that he is an employee, agent, co-venturer, or representative of the Company other than as expressly authorized by the Company. "

Now my doubt is, whether the HSMP team will consider this has part time job and add up my earnings from this part time job. ( I am getting paid yearly - One Time Cheque after a year )

Please help me to understand this...........
