Past earnings -- Query regarding Salaryslip

Post by Pradeep.SI » Sun Jan 03, 2010 4:58 pm

Hi all
i am planning to apply for HSMP in mid february i have cople of queries.

1.I am liable to reimburse Medical treatment given to my dependents(Medical claim), this component is a Part of my CTC. Unfortunately this component doesnt appear in my salary slips. what proof i can show for this?

2. LTA(leave travel allowance) i can claim LTA which is again not a part of Salary slip, what need to be shown for this?

3.I am really confused about FDs? are they acceptable? as per new rules.

If you cannot show amount in payslips(gross, net) then better leave it aside and work with what you can show.

If you were reimbursed travel/mdeical allowance "along" with monthly salary, hence raising your salary, then you can take letter from employer stating gross, net salary which can be corroborated from bank statement.

Yes, leave all amount which you cannot show. Just a small mistake will result in visa refusal. Just include those things for which you have proof from two independent sources.

Pradeep,

Get a letter from HR as per the format mentioned in this thread. This will prove your gross earnings(including everything) and Net salary(which can be corroborated from your bank statement) and you will be fine. If you get letter you don't need to submit payslips. Only HR letter + bank statements will be fine to prove your earnings.
