Pay for IHS before 28 days Visa Expiry

Hi Guys,

It's an urgent query.

I am applying for my wife FLR(M) and IHS surcharge increasing from tomorrow.

I do want to apply before that but I am hesitating as my wife visa actually expires on 7th Dec 2020. According to normal rule, I can apply for her 28 days before expiry but if I apply today it will be around 38 days before .

Can any one tell me if can have negative impact on her application when she go for ILR after this extension, I mean terms of duration(to spend 5 years on this visa)?

Also Should I go and pay fees today or not?

If all the requirements are met, you may be able to apply today and still avoid a shortfall to ILR.
