Payment Pending - help please

Dear friends

Last night, I made the online application and paid IHS fee successfully, afterwards when I tried to pay VISA fee, the application got stuck in PAYMENT PENDING, now it has been more than 10 hrs but no avail.
see the below message ----

Your payment is being processed.

You will be taken to a confirmation page when your payment is complete, or you can leave this page while your payment is being processed and return later. You will be sent a confirmation email once payment is received.


I have checked my online bank account, no payment deducted seem.
I do not know what to do
can anyone advise - how should I come out of this?
I am yet to make the application for my daughter and wife.

I contacted the UK visa centre and got below reply, anyone went through this, any advice, very frustrating, i do not know what will happen with my next try, look we need to keep boatload of money in our bank account b4 applying for UK visa

With regards to your enquiry about your application being stuck on the payment pending status.
Please Note - you may be having a technical glitch. Please allowe 24 - 48 hours to the transcation to go through.
However if after 48 hours they payment has still not gone through.
Check with your bank again just to ensure no payment has gone out.
If no payment has gone out then please re-start a new application with a new email address.
As for your first IHS FEE which you have paid. That money will be refunded back to your account automatically 6 weeks after the decision has been made on your application.
