hi leoguy,

If you want to pay the HSMP application charges by credit card then you have to fill out the details as required on the form, like card number, date of issue, CVV number etc.

There is no other option, other than giving out your "CONFIDENTIAL" credit card info. to the payment processing centre, which is not part of HSMP team but an external agency appointed for the payment clearance.

I hope, if they make a little change in the payment method, and allow applicant to pay online by credit card, and in turn the applicant will send the online payment slip along with the application, but this is not the option right now...

So go ahead, and give your CC details, I believe that is what majority of the out-of-country applicants are doing...
