No payment taken + email adress

Post by Viktoria27 » Tue Apr 29, 2014 6:44 pm

Hi all

I have sent an EEA3 app form on 7 Apri 2014 however until now payment has not been taken. I have only received letter saying that my application will be forwarded to caseworker.
I have sent 3 emails with my query about payment but non of the address seems to be right.

EuropeanOperational@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
NationalityHelpdesk@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
Furthernationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

Anyone knows any other email address or phone number where i can call?
Regards

Furthernationalityenquiries will respond to you but you have to provide them with the full info about your case.

I had this issue before and called one of these two numbers: 01512134566 OR 01512134568. One of them is the Payments Section in Liverpool. Don't know which is which as I made a mistake when I wrote it down. Anyway, try them. They allowed me to pay over the phone. Should work.

I definitely called one of those at the end of February 2014 (actually they called me first and then I called them back). They might have changed :(

Sorry! Guess you can just contact the furthernationalityenquiries or the europeanoperational emails.

The details I had put on my form were correct too. In fact, I used the same card on the day that they called me to take payment. They are stupid.

We put payment details of a card that was subsequently cancelled on our app - I called the 0300 number and the woman I spoke to was v helpful and sorted it out for us. You could try that maybe?

Gosh...such a pity!!!! They are really crazy at times.

So: you might want to consider getting a postal order if you think that the card is an issue? Also, you could enclose a letter stating very clearly that you have enclosed your payment(in whatever form) and provide all of your contact details (email/phone) in case there is an issue with the payment.

Sorry this happened, but just get ready to apply again! You will be fine this time. :)
