UK Payroll but working abroad

Please do explain me the ruling on the topic mentioned from extension to ILR.

My visa Details

Starting From: 15/08/2010
Valid till: 15/08/2012
Data of Arrival to UK: 28/10/2010.

Abroad Assignment
Starting Date: 10/02/2011
Country: Saudi Arabia
Salary: Pound basis not in Saudi Riyal
Project Duration: 10 Years.

Not living in UK, so settlement in UK is out of question.
