No Payslip but Settlement when leaving Indian employer

Post by gsurendra » Thu Mar 29, 2007 3:52 pm

As per the company policy I did not receive my Payslip on Nov-06 when I left my previous company. I got the Settlement letter after 60 days stating the Gross Salary, Tax deductions, Short Notice pay etc. How should I document all this?

Same way as u told us, tell this clearly to HO and they should understand this as well. Also u need to tell HO to consider this as Nov earnings and that should be fine.

Being clear is the the best way to go than hiding it etc.

Clearly write about your change of job and the produce the selttlement. I have submitted final settlement statement for 2 months salary. No problem.
