Payslip & Corresponding date in bank statement -Spousal Visa

Hi All,

I would like to ask regarding the payslip and corresponding date in the bank statement.

My partner has recently gained his British citizenship has been working since June 2015 with £1600 monthly income (before tax) which meets the FLR(M) 5 year route income requirement. However there is inconsistency in the payslip and bank statement due to several issues. Although the payslip is usually issued on the 15th of every month, there some late payment from the employers due to some internal problem. Let me illustrate it as following:

1. 1st payslip is 15th July. Payment date is 5th of August. The reason is because my partner has not opened the bank account before (he had difficulty with Barclays in opening account, and he was waiting for confirmation NIN for proof of address)

2. 2nd payslip is 15th August. Payment date is 18 of September.

3. 3rd payslip is 15th September. Payment date is 1st October.

4. 4th payslip is 15th October. Payment date is 29 October.

5. 5th payslip is 15th November. Payment date is 17 November.

For the 1st - 4th Payment, the employer have confirmed that he would provide a letter explaining the reasons for such inconsistencies.

My question is, Will this be acceptable by the case worker? I am planning to apply in early January 2016 after my partner receive his 6th salary in December 2015.
