PBS calculator Queries!!!! Please help

I need help in filling the point based calculater in the bia.homeoffice.gov.uk website

In my qualification part :

I have done Bachlor degree of Engineering in Electronics and communication and its a 4 years degree from University of Madras.

Though my university name is there in the database i'm not getting the year as 4 years and the subject as Electronics and communication in the database so i'm chosing like below.Please suggest me is this correct or do i need to change anything...

In my previous earnings:

I worked for 2 employers in my 12 months period Emp A and Emp B

My query is that in the PBS calculator it asks me to enter one source at a time hence im updating my 2 employers seperately.Now the issue is do i need to calculate exchange rate in pounds for the closing period of the last employer or for two seperate lastdays of employer c A and B closing day exchange rate..If so i will have two different exchange rates for two different employers

I have in the below given the exchnage rate of my last employer for both the sources( A & B)....I'm doing this because the PBS calculater is urging me to enter the exchange rate if im entering as two different source....
