Hi,
My wife is in the UK since 2010 and was originally here on a Tier 2 visa.
In 2012 she went to India on leave for a 3 weeks and changed her visa to a Tier 1 dependant.
She has therefore been in the UK for about 4 years now - 2 on the Tier 2 visa and 2 yrs on the Dependant visa
We are now applying for an extension to her depedant visa.
In the address history section where it asks for addresses for 5 years I wanted to ask whether we should include address while she was on the Tier 2 visa as well [i.e. for the whole 4 year period] or whether we should only mention the addresses she stayed at after she converted to the Dependant visa [i.e. only for the last 2 years]?
The reason for the confusion is that in the immigration history we would be mentioning the dates for arrival in UK as the date when she arrived on the dependant visa. Hence if we include an address history before that [when she was on a Tier 2 visa] I was wondering if that would confuse the assessing officer.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks and regards.
