PBS Dependant to FLR-M

Hi
i need help in regards to following query

1- if sponsor get ILR on the basis of LR then spouse must switch within 28 days to FLRM is it right ??? if spouse dont switch to FLRM her visa will be invalid??



2- if spouse dont switch to FLRM then will she be eligible for ILR once she has completed 5 years as Tier 1 PBS dependant using form SET O???

No to both. PBS dep whose 'sponsor' settled under SET(LR) cannot apply for SET(O). Must switch to FLR(M) and complete 5 years for SET(M) or if completes 10 years then SET(LR). A1 English and Financial Requirement for FLR(M).
