PBS Dependant for public art grants?

Hello!

I would like to know if I can participate in art grants related to public funds? I've seen a similar question here and I've read the document on Gov.uk. But I still didn't find the answer to this question.

Maybe someone had a similar experience? Unfortunately, this website doesn't allow me to write to the person, who has already created a similar topic.
