PBS Dependant Form Help

Hi,
I'm applying for PBS dependent application for my wife but I'm confused on Section N "ABOUT YOUr PErSOnAl CIrCUmSTAnCES/ATTrIBUTES".

As I'm filling this form for my wife so I think I don't need to answer the questions from N6-N14, am I right?

Although they say after N5 "Go to next section" but seriously they could have easily said "if spouse/partner then go to Next section" or something like this.

So is my assumption right that I do not have to fill N6-N14 for my wife's application?
