PBS dependant - points calculation?

Hi

My husband has an ILR and I am applying for a PBS dependant visa (Tier 1 Gen dep - leave to remain).

I was going through the 'help text' for Tier 1 dep application form and under 'supporting evidence' (page 5), I came across this statement: "Only those documents specified in the application form and set out in detail in the Tier 1, 2 or 5 policy guidance will be considered acceptable for the purposes of establishing that you qualify for the points claimed in scoring area."

My question is: What is this points, claimed in the scoring area, that they are referring to here? Should the PBS dependant submit any self-assessment points calculation?
