PBS Dependent Extn - Main Applicant got ILR on Tier1G

Hi All,

My wife came to UK in Oct2012 on PBS dependent with validity up to July2014 and now she got it extended for another 3 years i.e. June2017 based on my ILR from Tier1(G).

Now she will have 4 months gap in 2017 to complete 5 years to get ILR. Not sure why it is like this?

She should go for one more extn for that 4 months and then appIy ILR later?

or

Should it have been enough leave to make her eligible for ILR? like at lease 4 years?

Can we appeal?

I think you may have to apply for another extension before applying for ILR. My assumption is you need to complete 5 years and you can only apply 28 days before you visa expires.
