PBS extension corrections after submitting Online Application

Hi,
I have filled in PBS extension for my wife online and after submitting the PBS dependant application online I realized that in Personal Information section under category "Are you now or have you ever been know by another name" I have mentioned it as NO, but before marriage my wife surname was different.
I have not mentioned this in that category, Will this cause any issue?

Her current passport has my surname which matches with application given name and surname, but her old passport surname is referring to her old surname. I am submitting her old and new passport and marriage certificate as supporting documents which clearly shows two different surname


Shall I leave it as it is ? or
Shall I state this in covering letter? or
can I make an adjustments to that category by striking off NO and writing actual name & then explaining this in covering letter?

Please advice your help is much appreciated. Would it have any impact on decision?

Please can some one advice, I am planning to send the application by post tomorrow.
