PBS for Global Talent Visa (GTV)

Hi All,

I really appreciate the effort people put in this group to answer very detailed and subtle questions which cant be found elsewhere. Thank you first of all.

I am currently in Tier 2 (General) Visa from March 2020. My wife has recently obtained PBS (under my Tier 2 General category) which is valid from October 8th, 2020 and will be able to join me in UK only after that date. However, I have recently received my endorsement from Royal Society for Promise (Stage 1-Global Talent) and I have now applied for Stage 2 for Global Talent Visa. My questions are following:

What happens to my Wife's PBS visa if incase I get my GTV ? Is her PBS visa still valid for her to join me in UK after Oct 8th (especially if I get my GTV before Oct 8th)? or Does she have to re-apply as a Global talent PBS from her native country (Outside UK)?

I have paid my full IHS fee during Stage 2 freshly though I have already paid earlier for my Tier 2 and similar is the case with my wife's IHS fee for PBS. What would happen to our IHS fee? IF we pay new fee again, can we get the IHS refund for the over lapping period?

I really appreciate any thoughts on this and would be grateful for the information.
