PBS tier 2 dependant or FLR M

Hi my husband just got his ILR approved today from Tier 2 general criteria
Both me and my son are PBS dependant with leave to expire on 20th July 2015. I am super confused as to which extension should I apply for PBS dependant or fLR M
For PBS u need funds £630 for 90days for 1 application so in our case 1260£ but I have them doe just 2 months may and June so can my husbands employer (A rated sponsor) certify our maintenance or is there no choice. The guidance says "Your maintenance cannot be certified if your main applicant has indefinite leave to remain"


Any help is much appreciated as I need to apply ASAP?

you can apply not later than 28 days after the expiry of your visa.

note that if you apply on FLR(M) your qualifying period for ILR will be reset to zero.
