Penalty Fare Notice- Visa

I am currently living in London from the past few years on Visa.

I got Train Penalty Fare Notice last year as my oyster pass had expired and I was unaware of it.
However, was issued a penalty charge of 40 Pounds penalty, which was paid
there itself. Now i have to apply for visa extension next Month.

I wanted to check whether it will have any impact on Visa ?
Should it be declared in visa application ??
Does it come under below category --> "caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty"

Also i tried to appeal once , but no use.

I am really worried about it, if it impacts visa extension.
Please help, if anyone has faced same issue.
