PEO ILR approved at Crydon on 26th Sep 2012 (HSMP+Tier 1)

Hello,
First of all, I would like to thank all the people here providing information and helped me.
It was quitely lucky today to get the ILR approved (main applicant + 2 Dependents) within 3.5hours. I would like to answer any questions if I can. The following is my documents' list and experience/tips.
Documents List:
Section A Identity Documents
A1. Applicant's Passport
A2. Spouse's Passport
A3. Baby's Passport
A4. BRP
A5. 3 x 2 photos
A6. Police Registrations (Pls note not every one have these documents)
Section B Relationship Documents including evidence of cohabitation (We dont have any documents with both of our names, therefore we provide quarterly documents respectively from 6 different resources for the evidence of cohabitation. The resources include GP letter, Council bill, utility bill, bank statement, Water bill, Police certificate)
B1. Baby certificate
B2. Marriage Certificate (Origional)
B3. Certified and Translated Marriage Certificate (again, not everyone need it)
B4. From Sep 2010 to Dec 2010 - Main applicant (Bank Statement Sep 2010)
B5. From Dec 2010 to Mar 2011 - Main applicant (Bank Statement Jan 2010)
....
B12. From Sep 2010 to Dec 2010 - Spouse (Bank Statement Oct 2010)
....
B19. From Jun 2012 to Sep 2012 - Spouse (Bank Statement Jun 2012)

Section C Life in the UK test
C1. Main applicant
C2. Spouse

Section D Tier 1 Points Scoring Assement documents
D1. Employer letter to confirm salary and employment information
D2. 12 months' payslips
D3. 12 month bank statement

Section E Other related documents
E1 5 year's P60
E2 Origional HSMP Letter
E3 Tier 1 approval letter
E4 Recent Bank statements
E5 Recent payslip

Actuall, it only took 30 minutes for caseworker to go through my documents and gave the approval decision. I do think the clearly documentation did help. I also provide the copy of all the documents and label them, but I did not provide a covering letter.

Tips:
1. Please do ask the staff if you confused what you should do next. They are all very helpful.
2. After your passports were checked at ground floor, you will be issued a reference number which is on the top of your receipt. We were a little bit nervous and did not notice since the dovetail clip covered it - silly one

In my momemory, timescale:
10.20 enter
10.30 first document check on ground floor
10.40 payment clear on first floor
11.05 called on first floor by a lady(i dont think she is caseworker) for entering all the passport information
11:30 photos and fingerprint
12:00 waiting for being called by caseworker (it sounds like according to your reference number, you will be allocated to see caseworker on either first floor or second floor)
13:15 called by caseworker for handling the documents
13:45 approved
13:55 left the building

What are your entry clearance date, the date that you entered the U.K., and the expiration date of your Tier 1 extension visa?

I have a couple of questions:

1) I read in the forum that the main applicant and dependents receive a separate letter each for ILR approval. Is that the case for you? Did you receive 3 separate letters or just one letter?
2) Officially, it takes 7 working days to receive the biometric residence permit. But, what's the usual processing time now-a-days? It has already been ~4 working days for you as of today. Have you already received yours?

Ok, I answer my own questions as I have definite answers now:

1) I read in the forum that the main applicant and dependents receive a separate letter each for ILR approval. Is that the case for you? Did you receive 3 separate letters or just one letter?

### ONLY one approval letter for myself and the dependent was given to me (I am planning to write a full thread based on my ILR success, as the forum has provided a lot of info)

2) Officially, it takes 7 working days to receive the biometric residence permit. But, what's the usual processing time now-a-days? It has already been ~4 working days for you as of today. Have you already received yours?

### I got it in 3 working days (excluding the date of application, but including the date of delivery)

Entry Clearance date was 8 Oct 2012 and the date I entered was 23 Oct 2012. Expiration date of my Tier 1 extension visa is 8 Oct 2012.

The CW did not ask for documents and she just said 'give me all you prepared'. She took all the copies, so I am not sure if I prepare too much.

Just to demonstrate about BRP.

If anyone has same concerns as I do regarding to BRP. You can give a call to DX service at 0844 371 0000 and they can confirm the BRP delivery date if homeoffice has given the order to them.

I applied at Solihull PEO yesterday and i got separate letters for each applicant. I think it differs from PEO to PEO. It is too soon to expect our BRPs

Giffin, how many absences did you have? Were you missing any entry / exit stamps? If so, what kind of backup did you have to prove the dates with the missing stamps on your application?
