PEO & ILR eligibility

Hello

My ILR is due on 21st April 2015 and I am looking to take PEO appointment on 24th March.

I am aware that I can apply 28 days before but does this rule apply to PEO appointment as well?

Also Is there any requirement of maintenance for ILR?

I would appreciate if somebody could help.

1 yes it does (apply to peo appt as well)
2 no there isnt (any maintenance req for ILR)
