Perm Processring(PER)

Hi All

MY cousing is staying in USA and has applied for PER in June and his visa ends Nov26th. The company has asked him if he does not receive the visa by that date he cannot continue to work. It has been over 150 days since he applied the visa.

Could anyone in similar situation please advised the best course of action.

Is her anyway we could request for the application to be considered quickly or any other ideas please
