hey,
plesase am german with to nigerian,we ve lived in uk for 5yrs now.and i have been working for this 5yrs.what i want to know is when do we apply for permanat residence in uk cos we our marriage is in france 2005 and my husband applied for residence card it takes 3yrs for him to get it.pls when do we likely to applied for PR.is it on the end of residence card or after 5yrs of our stay.

After 5 years of "our stay". That is assuming that the marriage was at least 5 years ago.

Although you do not need to do it, it will help your husband if you submit a form EEA3 at the same time as your husband submits a form EEA4. The logic is this. In order to agree your husband's application they will want to see proof that you have been exercising Treaty Rights in the UK for 5 years. Therefore if you submit a form EEA3, and that application is agreed, it is then an easy task for UKBA to move on and agree your husband's EEA4 application.

In any case it would be useful for you to have confirmation that you have PR status in the UK.
