Permanent Residence card after 5years o

Hello all. I need some information on what to do. I am from Ghana came in on student visa in 2010. married a slovakian 2013. I got my permanent residence card in september 2018. My partner and I are no longer together as he recently moved out. The question now is I would like to travel to visit family in Ghana. Wil it b a problem when returning back to the uk as the permanrnt residence card says family member of an EU national. I am not divorced yet but I cant account for where my husband is. Will it b a problem at the immigration border??. Thanks.
