if non eu married with eu want to apply for permanent residence card in ireland .if they are not living together /i mean separted.

You can, but there are rules attached.

It is called retention of rights. You need to be married to your EU spouse 3 years before you separated. Also, you cannot apply for retention of rights until your divorce is finalised.

i married in sep 2005 and got divorce in nov 09
my divorce took place in Poland becoz its takes only 3 months there.
my visa exp in may 2012
can i eligible to apply retention of rights?
when i should apply?and how long its take?

Once you are divorced as stated earlier you have a chance for retention of rights. Usual procedure follows it. You are better off consulting with an immigration solicitor who will give a much better and detailed advise on that matter specific to your case.

You can only get a divorce from the country you got married in, as far as I know.

u can divorce any where in Europe and its acceptable in Ireland..
where is your ex wife from
