Permanent residence date different from PR application date

Hello,

I have applied for a Permanent Residence card in October 2018 and have received a letter saying it has been granted on the 6th of April 2018. Does this mean I can apply for British Citizenship on the 6th of April 2019 considering I had the PR status for 12 months?

Yes, you can apply on 6th April 2019
