What do you need to know?

This is already a ruling. Not much that we can do about it.

I think the ruling is very clear...the basics being: don't commit crimes if you hope to immigrate...simple really

You were referring to the case of Nnamdi Onuekwere, the CJEU didn't say no permanent residence for offenders, what the ruling said was, "the time spent behind bars should not count towards permanent residence" and rightly so, it is the only sensible outcome, period behind bars does not contribute to integration why then should the individuals be granted the same priviledge with people who have played by the rules?
