Hi
I am going to apply for permanent residence. I am a dependent of uk national. Is my bank statement sufficient for as a proof of address or it has to be utility bill?

Utility bill specifically shows you're living at the address and paying for the services you utilize, so it's preferred, so I'd encourage you to use it. Is there a reason you don't have it?

What are you banking with, is your bank Irish and well established? Non-Irish banks will most likely not fly, as well as Revolut and similar virtual banks.
