Permanent residency (Pr) query

Post by sunny31October » Thu Nov 17, 2011 10:16 pm

Hi,

My name is Sunny. I came to UK in July 2007. Since then I am in UK. But just 4 months I was out of UK (09-Dec-2008 to 04-Apr-2009).
Next year my Pr is due.

But I am confused as I hear a lot of rules from lots of people. Some says only a gap of 90 days is needed, some days total 180 days in needed in 5 years.

Can anyone kindy guide me what is the exact rules? Can I eligible fo Pr. In last 5 years since I entered into UK only 4 months gap is thee.

Kindly awaiting answers.

Kind regards,
Sunny

My current status

My current status is ICT Tier 2.

When I came on 3rd July 2007 my status was WP.
My WP was extended first on July 2008 as WP, July 2009 as ICT and current extension on July-2011 it is ICT.

I have never been in India except the gap of 4 months mentioned above.

Wrong forum for this post. Should be moved to ILR/UK Immigration
