Permanent Resident Applications with Toeic

Hi Guys,
Anyone here got PR granted for non EU family member, who's EEA2 application was delayed for years in past because of Toeic.?
Or if Admins know some one.

I don't think PR will be delayed under EU Law / EU Settlement scheme but definitely when you apply for NATURALISATION / Citizenship it's highly likely they will refuse under GOOD CHARACTER requirement when they check 10 years history
UK Student Visa : 04/2004 - 09/2009
EEA Residence Card : 07/2010 - 7/2015
EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020
Passport Approval : 21st Feb 2021

I'm worried because my UKRC application was delayed for 2 years. I'm afraid they might do same this time.
I'm sure lots of EU family members used Toeic in past applications, wondering if anyone of them got PR ?

There so many cases,that HO revoked ILR.
