Permission to remain requirments

First time poster. I am an Irish resident and citizen. Looking for some advise on behalf of my South African cousin.

My cousin, a sports management graduate. Visited me in Dublin during the December holidays. During his stay be researched the UEFA A licence process. He found out that the FAI offer a series of short courses that eventually allow you to work your way to the pro licence.

I assisted him and found a local club in Rathfarnham, that is willing to provide him with relevant non paid voluntary experienc, training young children in football. This is a requirement for some of the short hour courses he wants to peruse via the FAI.

He is currently in South Africa and his short courses he has booked online via FAI commence later this month.

I am looking for any advise and assistance as i do not want him to break the law or have any difficulties at immegration in Ireland. Will the letter from the club he will be volunteering with and the letter of confirmation of the short FAI coursers (3 in total) be sufficent enough to allow him to easily pass immegration in Ireland. In addition to these letters i will provide him with a letter stating that he will be staying with me, during his stay and all expenses will be covered by me.

I have contacted a immegration lawyer today, to obtain professional advise. I appreciate that this is not a platform for professional advise. Perhaps someone would be able to share their experience with me?
