A Person who is being told to leave UK volunterlyt t

i am a genuine student of BBA. i have finished my year 1 from glamorgon university Wales. i am unfortunate enough that i have been issued IS96 because i changed a college and college was fake. i was actually studying in uni but just because i did nt had fees at the time of extending my visa. i was left with no other option. and this lead me to S***.
now i am thinking to finish my bechelors from australia. i am still in london. please guide what is the proceedure for australian visa.
or should i look onto other options as well like canada etc. because i still have visa on my passport untill october this year. would be of any advantage.???
