Personal Visit on a UK visa

Hello,

I had applied for and have been issued a UK visa that says BIVS type C visit.

It also says UKVI 12. I had applied stating reason as business meetings etc and it was sponsored for by my company.

I do not have any business meetings coming up now. So can I travel for personal reasons to visit my friends, using this visa? The visa is valid for 2 years and was issued in jan 2019. I have not travelled on it as yet even once.

P.S. I figured out what is BIVS. But what is UKVI 12?
