Peruvian national and her child visa for UK

Post by peargre » Mon Sep 02, 2019 6:43 pm

Hi

My Peruvian friend would like to visit me and bring her child to the UK. She has money to pay for her airfare but would be living with me and i would be providing money and food. What steps would we need to go through to get her a 6month tourist visa? I am assuming i need to issue a letter of invite, show bank statements/payslips to sustain us, she needs to show "significant intent to return" to Peru. Is there anything else?

You need to send her an invitation letter stating that you will be accomodating her and also taking care of the her expenses.

Provide:

- You id / residence
- Bills as proof of address
- 6 months payslips
- 6 months corresponding bank statement. You can give only the pages showing the incoming money

On her end, she needs to fill the application online, get an appointment and provide her proof of employment, her payslips, her bank accounts statements, a letter from her employer indicating that she will have holidays from.. to... and anything to show she has attachment / interests in her home country.
