Pharmacy Technician Skilled Worker visa

Hi All,

I have few questions about the skilled worker visa my brother wants to apply for and your help would be very appreciated.

He is on a Graduate visa in UK and got a job offer for pharmacy technician but he hasn't got GPhC registration in UK. He has got 2 years of relevant experience in Pakistan and up to 6 months of pharmacy experience in UK. With this experience, he managed to secure a job offer for Pharmacy Technician and his employer has given him CoS number as well.

We are worried that without any relevant education or GPhC registration, his visa case might not be very strong.

He has got degrees in engineering which are not relevant for this role.
