I am a PhD student can I switch to Tier 2 General Visa

Post by Krizz » Wed Jun 24, 2015 1:51 pm

Hi,

I am a PhD student and I have completed 12 months already, I want to ask, is it possible for me to switch to Tier 2 visa without a job offer at hand? Or do I need a job offer before I apply? Your help on this will be so much appreciated.

Thanks,
Krizz.

not only u need a job, you need a job from an employer who is a sponsor, who gives u a job above soc level 6, issues u a cos, pays u at or above the required rate, and only then u can apply for tier 2
