Photo After Approval Letter

Post by iwerne » Sun Dec 29, 2024 8:03 pm

Hi, I received my Approval Letter for Irish naturalization based on residence as a UK citizen. I initially applied and paid online when I submitted my initial application. When you make the payment for the second bit of the fee do you have to upload a photo? It isn't clear. And do you make the payment using the same online application website? Thanks if you'd let me know about whether to upload a photo when making that payment that would be great.

I'm confused. You received the approval letter but still don't know how to pay, where to pay and what documents to upload?

It is the same portal where you submitted your initial application. The portal simply asks for your application details which you should have already received in the approval letter.

ISD used to ask for a photo to put it on naturalisation cert. It stopped doing that about a year ago or so. So from what I know, no photo needed.

So as littlerr said, go to the portal, pay money, fill out mandatory fields.

Thanks that's helpful and clear. So no photo and the same application portal.
