PLAB BUSINESS VISA VS. GENERAL VISITOR VISA?

Hi all,

Wondering which has more benefits in terms of applying for EITHER a General Visitor Visa (without mentioning anything regarding Plab Part 1 which I will be sitting next year and hopefully, if i get through, PLab 2 in October or so) VS. getting a PLAB Business Visa (and not mentioning anything about doing some sightseeing in London post exam)?

Do you think it would be an issue to sightsee whilst on a PLab Visa within London?

Also, heard that Plab Business Visa might be better long term especially after passing PLab 2 whilst on that visa as you can apply for clinical attachment post whilst on that visa and then while doing that unpaid, you can search for jobs in UK?

Any advice?
