plab visa

I am applying for plab visa. I am working on a government job and have suffient balance which i have transferrer from my father account, i Have two basic queris.
1 . I am still working. My employer is not giving me leave for period of 1,2 month. What should i show in my visa application? employed r not? Do i need an NOC from govt. or not because my employer is not willing for an NOC.
2. My father has transferred money from his account. I have another sponsor in Uk. Now, I am showing my father is sponsoring me through letter of sponsorship from my father but i dont want to show his Bank statement as he dont have funds in his account now.

Please guide me how should i persue my visa application. Thanks.
